A Message From President & CEO John Ehrbar
Our YMCAs have been buzzing this summer from the more than 1,000 children who are enjoying our day camps and overnight camps daily. As someone who grew up with the YMCA, I know the value that these camps have on our core mission of youth development. Camps help kids discover themselves, gain new friendships, and learn new skills to help them succeed in their life.
One of my favorite parts of my job is when people in our community tell me about their positive experiences with the Y - and the high quality of our programs. This can only be done when we do the work that we do with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine goal of strengthening our community's ties. If you have a few minutes, I encourage you to read through our latest Impact Report, which highlights the influence our Y had on creating a better Western New York in 2022. I'm incredibly proud of our achievements.
Thank you for choosing to make a difference by being a key member of our team at the Y. Have a safe and enjoyable summer!

Frank Farinacci - Lockport YMCA
As a long-standing employee, Frank has committed himself to ensuring the safety and well-being of our members not only as a Personal Trainer, but as a Healthy Living Instructor.
Over the last year Frank has assisted us in coordinating two successful sessions of our LIVEStrong Program while also expanding his personal training clientele. His passion for training has benefited not only our members, but our staff team. Frank’s enthusiasm and readiness to grow has not gone unnoticed and we couldn’t be happier to have him on our Wellness Team!
