The secret to sticking with a health and fitness program is finding activities you enjoy and that keep you moving. At the Y you have hundreds of free choices – from low-impact activities like strength training, yoga, and aquatics to high intensity classes like boot camp, interval training and indoor cycling. All YMCA group exercise classes are included with Y membership. 

Finding what you enjoy is easy:

  • Click on the arrow next to the branch name to select your location
  • Click on the day of the week to see what classes are offered at your YMCA branch.
  • You also have the option to print a weekly calendar view.
