Enhance® Fitness is a Y-USA physical activity program comprised of three 60-minute classes per week. These classes have been proven to increase participants' strength, balance, flexibility, mood, general activity level, and independence. The program is beneficial for older adults in general and has been deemed particularly safe and effective for older adults living with arthritis.
Pre-registration and participation is required, 3 days a week, for 16 weeks.
Enhance Fitness will take place at the Ken-Ton YMCA from June 5 to September 1. Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. Click here or call (716) 874-5051 to register. Spaces are extremely limited.
