Join us for our 2024 Healthy Kids Day. Activities include games, healthy cooking demonstrations, arts and crafts, and more to motivate and teach families how to develop and maintain healthy routines at home. Healthy Kids Day is free and open for all, and happening at our Independent Health, Lockport, Southtowns, and William-Emslie locations.
