Access for All

As a non-profit organization, YMCA Buffalo Niagara is committed to providing equitable opportunities for people of all income levels to access critical healthy living and youth development services through the Y. The Access for All membership initiative, funded by private donations and grants, helps the YMCA provide affordable rates for Y membership and programs like child care or summer camp. By providing your overall household income level, the Y can offer a rate that may fit better within your budget.

  • YMCA Membership -  New members requesting financial assistance can sign up online here, indicating your total annual household income. This will be verified through an automatic online verification process called FAcheck. Additional information may be needed, and a YMCA member service staff may contact you within seven days requesting proof of household income.
  • YMCA Child Care & Summer Camp programs - Those requesting financial assistance for YMCA child care and summer camp programs should call (716) 565-6002 x120.
  • Other YMCA programs - Those requesting financial assistance for any other YMCA programs (like youth sports or swim lessons) please call or visit your local YMCA branch for more information.
