Grab a copy of the book “The Way of Integrity” by Martha Beck. Read one chapter (about 20 pages) every week on your own and meet biweekly on Fridays from 11-12:30 in the Demonstration Kitchen starting February 23. It would be beneficial for you to come that day having read at least the introduction.
