HOW IT WORKS:

  • Track your steps using your smartphone (Health app for iPhone, Google Fit for Android users) or other tracking device
  • Submit your step total and your contact information on this page 
  • You can upload your steps on multiple days for multiple entries. However, you may only submit one entry per day. 
  • Having an issue uploading your steps? Send us an email at contactus@ymcabn.org or contact a member of the wellness team.
  • Winners (one member and one non-member) of the Healthy Heart Challenge will be notified in March. 

DISCLAIMER: Limit of one entry per person per day. Promotion is open to YMCA members and non-members. Winners will be chosen at random (One member and one non-member). YMCA reserves the right to deny entries if they fail to log 4,000 steps that day, or submit multiple entries in one day. The YMCA may ask entrants to show proof of step count.
