"I never had the courage to exercise at a gym. I preferred to stay in my own home with privacy. I noticed the YMCA offered great activities for my children to take part in. Once I was there, I decided to give the upstairs area a try and I was hooked! Everything is so clean, the staff is beyond friendly, and the other members could not be cooler and non-judgemental. I even worked up the courage to start taking classes, which I now look forward to all week. The YMCA is a special place for our family. "
